“Hi, I am Abhijit Kundu . I am a Fitness Athlete from Cooch Behar District, West Bengal. I have an experience of 6 years in the fitness industry and I am presently participating as an athlete in various Bodybuilding Competitions. I pursue the sport as a Career option and have a deep sense of dedication and attachment towards bodybuilding. Fitness for me is a overall well being, both physical and mental. I am a District Level Arm Wrestling Champion ( 2019) and have been the Winner of Strength Lifting Competition in 70 Kg Categrory in 2019.
I have won Gold medals in Habbit Classic Event 2022 and Flex Mania. I have also won Silver Medal in NPC 2022 in Men’s Physique Category. I I always work towards building strength and flexibility and will always promote good health in my professional field. My training programs include weight loss, stability and mobility training, endurance training etc.
